In order to push more infrastructure development works, the Belagavi Smart City Limited (BSCL) is going to call an ‘interest of expression’ by the investors shortly for more projects under the public-private partnership (PPP) model.
BSCL has planned to take-up a total of six major projects under PPP, including projects like multi-level car parking, solar project, public bicycle sharing (PBC), etc. The meeting of ‘smart city’ panel held in Bengaluru on Wednesday, to push the projects under PPP.

A person picks-up a bicycle in one center can deposit it at another.
Installing solar panels on the terraces of most of the buildings of Belagavi City Corporation (BCC) and other government offices is another major project under the pipeline of BSCL to introduce through the PPP model.
